MyAppLive viewer experience (mobile apps and web). Last updated: 2026.
MyAppLive provides streaming and related services through our website and official apps. This policy describes what data we process and why.
The MyAppLive viewer Android app requests the CAMERA permission only to scan QR codes when you pair or sign in with a TV. We do not use the camera for general photography, and we do not access your photo gallery through this permission.
If you create an account or sign in, we process identifiers you provide (such as email) and session tokens as needed to secure your account and deliver the service.
Our apps communicate with MyAppLive servers over the internet to load channels, sync playback state, and show content you are entitled to access. Some streams may be delivered via third-party providers (for example YouTube) under their terms.
Where we show promotional overlays or regional offers, we may use coarse location (such as country or city) you provide or that is inferred for ad relevance. You can find more detail in the in-app and store listing context for each build.
We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit (HTTPS). Retention depends on the type of data and operational needs; contact us for specific questions.
You may stop using the apps at any time. You can revoke the camera permission in Android system settings; QR-based TV features will not work without it.
For privacy questions, contact us through the support channel listed on myapplive.online or your app store listing.
This page is intended for Google Play and user transparency. We may update it as our services evolve; the “Last updated” date will change when we do.
